Delivery Policy
Delivery Coverage & Schedule
We offer delivery within the Klang Valley (Kuala Lumpur and selected areas in Selangor). We use third-party delivery services and do not personally deliver any orders.
Deliveries are available from Wednesday to Sunday, during the following time slots:
• Wednesday to Friday: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Saturday & Sunday: 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Delivery Timing & Specific Requests
Deliveries will be fulfilled within the selected time slot. Exact timings within slots can't be guaranteed due to traffic and route planning. If you require your order to arrive at a specific time, we recommend Self Pick-up at our designated pick-up point or arranging a third-party delivery via services like Grab/Lalamove.
Placing a Delivery Order
To request delivery:
• Select the delivery option and fill in the complete and accurate address details at checkout
• Ensure all details are correct before confirming your order
Delivery Detail Amendments
Should you need to make changes after placing your order, kindly WhatsApp us at +6011 5422 0884 at least 48 hours before your requested delivery time. Please note that changes are subject to our discretion and may not always be possible. Additional fees may apply for different delivery address.
Multiple Delivery Locations
If you need deliveries to multiple addresses on the same day, please place separate orders for each delivery address.
Delays & Liability
While we aim to deliver your order on time, please note that unexpected delays may occur due to:
• Traffic conditions
• Weather disruptions
• Government restrictions
• Other unforeseen circumstances
We cannot guarantee exact arrival times and no refunds or compensation will be issued for delays. Please select your delivery time slot with flexibility in mind.
Recipient Availability
Please ensure someone is available at the designated delivery address during your selected time slot.
If the recipient is unreachable:
• The driver may leave the items at the drop-off table, guardhouse, or receptionist, with the recipient’s consent
• The delivery charge will be forfeited and non-refundable
A second delivery attempt can be arranged upon request, with additional fees based on the return trip from our kitchen to the delivery address.
Delivery Drop-Off
Standard deliveries to high-rise or multi-story buildings will be made to the lobby, ground floor, or designated drop-off point only.
If you require door-to-door delivery, an additional fee applies. Please note that this service is optional and must be requested in advance at check out.
Damaged Orders Policy
In the event that the product delivered to you was damaged upon delivery, please contact us immediately within 2 hours of receipt at browniboikl@gmail.com or +601154220884 with your order number and images/ video of the damaged item. All defective/ damaged items need to be unconsumed, or in the state that such condition was found.
We will look into the matter accordingly by considering all relevant expertise and evidence leading up to the delivery/collection. Where we find that the defect, damage, deformity, negligence, or mistake arose through the fault of Browniboi, a full or partial refund either by cash, or a replacement item will be given, whichever, we, in our sole discretion see fit. In the event we find that the damage arose was not through the fault of Browniboi, no refunds or replacement items will be given.
Lost or Stolen Orders
Once your parcel has been delivered, you are 100% responsible for it. If it gets lost / stolen we will not replace or refund the order. If you are worried about this please select a delivery date that you know you will be home to receive, or order to an address where you will be.
